Product Photography

Our product photographs are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and international copyright laws.

No retailer, competitor, marketplace seller, wholesaler or other commercial organisation may copy, reproduce, download, edit, crop, manipulate, publish or use our photographs in any form without our prior written permission.

This prohibition includes use on, but is not limited to:

  • Websites

  • Online marketplaces

  • Social media platforms

  • Printed advertising

  • Catalogues

  • Digital marketing

  • AI-generated or digitally altered versions derived from our photographs including removal of watermarks.

Unauthorised commercial use of our photography constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action. We actively monitor the internet and marketplace using Google Images to identify misuse of our images.

In addition Google analytics are used to routinely monitor IP addresses for the purposes of protecting our intellectual property against misuse by any other seller, marketplace seller or other organisation .

Bespoke Product Designs

The copying, imitation or reproduction of our bespoke designs, whether in whole or in substantial part, for commercial purposes may infringe our intellectual property rights and may also amount to passing off or other actionable conduct under UK law.

We actively monitor the marketplace for copies and imitations of our products.

Commercial Use by Other Sellers

This website is intended for customers purchasing genuine Hatology Ltd products.

No competitor, reseller or commercial seller is authorised to:

  • Replicate our bespoke product designs.
